Our 60-night guarantee
Try LUNARA for 60 nights from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your sleep, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the jar is empty.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@buylunara.co with your order number within 60 nights of delivery. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
When you'll get your refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@buylunara.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement.
Subscriptions
The 60-night guarantee covers your first subscription order. You can skip, pause, or cancel future shipments anytime.
